How it works
net APR = gross APR × (1 − provider fee)
balance = amount × (1 + net APR)^years
Worked example
5 ETH at 3.5% gross with a 10% provider fee nets 3.15%: 5.49 ETH after three years, with 0.056 ETH going to the provider along the way.
FAQ
Why is my LST balance not growing?
Rebasing tokens grow in count; exchange-rate tokens grow in value per token instead. Both deliver the yield, they just display it differently.
What is depeg risk?
The LST trading below its underlying value during stress. It has happened briefly; sellers in those windows realized the discount.
